2day is fri so hav healthy lifestyle, nt too bad but onli tat the walk was a bit long and didnt really bring out the point of healthy lifestyle where we r supposed to exercise....

Did drills for quite a long time (didnt really remember the exact time) and had a short session of playing captains ball followed by PT...
No offense but the new sec 1s r really very 'ahem'(clear throat) weak tat they cant really do the required stuff required for PT...well we were once a sec 1 and was once as weak as them so i hav no right of laughing at them or anything wat so ever but i seriously hope tat they can at least grow stronger be4 we (sec4s) step dwn....
Well tats life and its a nvr ending cycle so wat can i do??
